What the job involves:
- ¢Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly balance sheets, income
- statements, cash flow forecasts, and budget variance analyses
- ¢Revenue & Cost Control: Monitoring daily room sales, food and beverage
- cost percentage, inventory auditing, and supplier pricing verification
- Receivables & Payables Management: Oversight of member/guest billing,
- corporate client credit limits, debt collection, and vendor invoice settlements
