Colombo Swimming Club has an opening for an Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payable) / Cost Control Assistant. The job is based in Colombo 3. Job type: full-time.

What the job involves:
- Communicating with relevant suppliers to process invoicing or payment queries
- Attaching the correct documentation to invoices and reconciling purchase orders to delivery notes and
- invoices received
- Posting invoices and credit notes and ensuring they are recorded correctly in the system
- Preparing monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Dealing with external and internal queries by phone and email
