What the job involves

• You own go-to-market end to end, and you decide where to play
• Build growth AI-first, with agents, automations and tools you set up yourself
• Organize the whole GTM machine, from AI agents to contractors, so it runs as one system
• Report on what’s working, with numbers, and grow into Head of GTM as we scale
• You might be a fit if
• You’ve built AI workflows, agents or automations that produced real growth results, and you can show them
• You choose tools by the outcome they produce, not by habit
• You write clear, sharp English for US business buyers

Working remotely from Sri Lanka

• You need a laptop, a stable internet connection and good written English.
