Thejasa Homes (Pvt) Ltd has an opening for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Technical Officer - Civil. The job is based in Kelaniya. This is a full-time position.

Requirements
- Diploma in QS/NCT-QS or equivalent from a recognized institute
- 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in a reputed company
- Ability to prepare BOQ’s, Quotations, interim payment application (IPA) and Variations
- Preparation Sub-Contractor Bills
- Computer Literacy in MS office, Auto CAD and other related software
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
- Technical Officer - Civil
- / NDT/NDES/HNDE/NCT(civil) or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in a reputed company
