Back Office - Sales Coordinator

Wurth Lanka (Private) Limited is looking for a Back Office - Sales Coordinator to join its team in Pannipitiya. This is a full-time position.

What the job involves:
- Release sales orders on a daily basis
- Handle Sales inquiries and coordinate issue resolution
- Process customer orders, documentation, and data accurately
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems
- Prepare reports and correspondence using MS Office
- Update SAP/ERP systems and respond to customer inquiries
