What the job involves

• Welcome guests and make each one feel valued, with recommendations and a short story behind every serve
• Prepare and serve drinks and the welcome ritual accurately, consistently and with a sense of theatre
• Help the culinary team develop new drinks and pairings using local ingredients, infusions and syrups
• Keep the bar clean, tidy and safe, including equipment and glassware, to ODP's hygiene standards
• Check and maintain stock, and support ordering, par levels and wastage tracking
• Handle payments and the POS system accurately
• Keep recipes, specs and costings documented to our house standard
• Uphold ODP's standards of appearance, manner and service at every seating
