BIM Manager

- Monitor model quality, accuracy and compliance with project BIM requirements
- Coordinate model submissions, drawing production, schedules and asset-information deliverables
- Support 4D sequencing, quantity extraction and COBie or asset-data requirements where applicable
- Chair BIM coordination meetings and prepare clear reports, dashboards and action registers
- Provide technical guidance and training to BIM coordinators and modelers
