What the job involves

• Promo Operations & Offer Design
• Support your promo pod in planning and launching promotions, from offer mechanics and eligibility rules through to go-live
• Maintain organized documentation of completed work, ensuring all promotion and campaign records are accurate and up to date
• Follow established SOPs for offer builds and segment uploads, raising questions rather than guessing when something is unclear
• Offer Targeting & CRM Execution
• Build audiences and segments for offers, helping match the right offer to the right players
• Execute day-to-day CRM setup that supports promotions, including audience builds, QA, and deployment checklists across email, push, and SMS channels
• Review and validate offer terms, copy, and creative for accuracy, quality, and compliance before launch

Working remotely from Sri Lanka

• You need a laptop, a stable internet connection and good written English.
