Executive - Building & General Maintenance

Renuka Foods PLC is looking for an Executive - Building & General Maintenance to join its team in Wathupitiwala. The post is offered on a full-time basis.

What the job involves:
- ම Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of factory buildings, including painting, plumbing, civil repairs and general building
- maintenance
- Supervise gardening, landscaping, housekeeping and upkeep of common areas
- Identify maintenance requirements through regular inspections and ensure timely corrective action
- Manage external contractors, technicians and service providers, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget
- and to the required quality standards
