• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Qualification from a recognized professional institute will be an added advantage

• Exposure to HR Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret employee-related data and trends
