What the job involves

• Coordinate the receiving of finished goods (FG) from Production, proper cold room storage, and timely dispatch to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Manage reusable plastic crate receiving, issuing, storage, and reconciliation with dealers
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP, investigate stock discrepancies, and minimize stock variances and physical damages
• Ensure accurate picking, checking, and error-free loading of distributor orders while minimizing customer complaints
• Monitor and improve freezer truck turnaround time and loading bay efficiency
• Maintain required cold room and freezer truck temperatures to ensure product quality and food safety
• Coordinate operational staff and casual laborers to achieve daily targets while maintaining productivity and workplace safety
• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO requirements relating to QMS, FSMS, EMS, and OHSMS
