Executive / Senior Executive - Internal Audit

Mercantile Investment & Finance PLC is looking for an Executive / Senior Executive - Internal Audit to join its team in Colombo 3. The post is offered on a full-time basis.

What the job involves:
- v Plan, perform, and manage audit fieldwork within the given time frame
- v Manage, monitor, and follow up on communicated audit findings and results
- v Support the continuous improvement of internal controls
- v Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders while upholding impartiality and
- objectivity throughout all audit engagements

- v Part qualification in a professional qualification related to Accounting, Finance, or Auditing

- v Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- v Knowledge of IFRS would be an added advantage
- v Ability to work with minimum supervision
