Factory Engineer

Little Lion Associates (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Factory Engineer to join its team in Colombo 13. This is a full-time position.

What the job involves:
- Manage all engineering and factory maintenance operations including overall machinery of the factory comprising of
- production and packaging machineries , ovens and other bakery machineries
- Maintain factory and office premises and manage utilities with focus on cost reduction and sustainability
- Ensure budgeted production volume is achieved through optimum utilization of machines and cadre maximizing productivity
- cost competitiveness of the company
- Ensure production and energy efficiency KPIs are achieved through operational efficiency improvements

- Experience of 10 years or more heading the Engineering Department of a production facility with 3 or more years of experience

- Proven skills in leadership and people management are required,
- Age between-35-45 years,
