Araliya Group is looking for a Factory Manager - FMCG to join its team in Colombo. The post is offered on a full-time basis.
What the job involves:
- Plan and manage daily production to meet demand and delivery schedules
- Lead production teams, manage shift operations, and develop staff capabilities
- Optimise manpower, machinery, and materials to improve productivity and control costs
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams
