- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification, preferably in the Commerce stream
- Currently pursuing or willing to pursue a professional qualification in Accounting
- or Finance, such as CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, or AAT
- Previous work experience will be considered an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn
