Zahira College is looking for a Head of Examiniation Unit to join its team in Colombo 10. Job type: full-time.

What the job involves:
- e Overseeing the preparation and maintenance of examination papers and ensure that they align with
- the curriculum or assessment standards
- e Developing an annual examination schedule and ensuring the smooth coordination of examinations
- e Conducting regular reviews and analysis of examination results and obtaining feedback to identify
- areas for improvement related exam paper marking
- e Ensuring the security and confidentiality of examination materials to prevent exam paper leaks or

- e A Graduate of a recognized University in Sri Lanka or Overseas with supporting Degrees / Post
- Graduate Diploma in Education especially in Evaluation and Assessment
- recognized school, either local or overseas
- e Overseas exposure in Trainings and working experience will be an advantage
- e Good communication skills in English and Tamil or Sinhala, preferably trilingual
- e The Ideal candidate would be a matured proactive person in the age range of 45-55 years
