Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Operations/Production Management, Food Technology, Business Administration or a
- related field
- At least 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior operational role, preferably
- in beverages, bottled water or FMCG
- Sound understanding of cash flow management, costing and budgeting
- Experience working with distributor-based sales models
- Strong leadership, people management and problem-solving skills
- + Startup experience or a willingness to work hands-on in a growing business
