HR Intern – Talent Development

Abans Electricals is hiring an HR Intern – Talent Development. "Be a part of our journey to create a Better Way to Life."

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate training programs, workshops and development initiatives
- Assist in scheduling training sessions and communicating with participants
- Maintain training records, attendance reports and learning databases
- Support employee engagement activities, events and wellbeing programs
- Coordinate PMS (Performance Management System) activities
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports and communication materials
- Provide administrative support for talent management projects

- Undergraduate pursuing a degree or diploma in HRM, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and attention to detail
