Human Resources Manager – 5-Star Hotel, Kandy

The Golden Crown, a landmark 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Kandy with 155 rooms and suites and banquet halls for 2,000 guests, is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Human Resources Manager.

Job summary:
- Execute the overall HR functions of the hotel
- Plan and coordinate the workforce and oversee employee benefit programs
- Advise managers on HR-related issues; supervise HR specialists and support staff
- Manage HR administration, recruitment, selection and placement
- Handle staffing matters, disputes and disciplinary procedures
- Represent the hotel at Labour Tribunal / Labour Department inquiries
- Design training programs; oversee performance appraisals and KPIs
- Drive employee engagement, welfare and a positive work culture

- Degree or professional certification in HRM or Law from a recognized university or institution
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity within a star-class hotel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
