What the job involves

• Identify and research potential customers and generate leads for IT and software solutions

• Draft clear, professional, and effective business emails, including introductory emails, follow-ups, meeting requests, and sales proposals
• Communicate with clients to understand their business requirements and introduce relevant software solutions
• Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up discussions
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and follow up on sales opportunities
• Prepare and maintain lead databases, customer records, and sales reports using MS Excel and other CRM tools
