IT System Administrator

What the job involves:
- IInstall, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain
- = Windows 7/10/11 operating systems
- 5 Windows Server (2008 R2/2016/2019)
- Retail POS systems and inventory software
- Manage and monitor LAN/WAN networks, routing/switching, VPN, Firewall, PABX, and CCTV systems
- Ensure smooth functioning of POS terminals with minimal downtime

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (Retail experience preferred)
- HND/Diploma or Degree in IT, Network Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in POS, and inventory systems
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and firewall management
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V) is an advantage
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and cloud technologies
- knowledge of MS SQL/database management will be an added advantage
- Experience in Crystal Report development is an advantage
