Junior Executive – Marine Crew

Glorious Marine (Pvt) Ltd, a well-established marine crewing agency supplying qualified Sri Lankan seafarers to ship owners and managers worldwide, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Executive – Marine Crew. Office: Mount Lavinia.

Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified seafarers
- Handle marine crew documentation; maintain crew records and databases
- Marine crew visa, medical and related processing
- Liaise with foreign principals and local maritime authorities
- Follow up with seafarers and support recruitment and deployment
- Ensure crew changes and onboard updates are completed on time

Remuneration: attractive salary with performance-based incentives.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in marine crew documentation and crew handling
- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening and selection
- Strong knowledge of seafarers' documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Must be able to work in Mount Lavinia
- Age between 20–35 years
- Excellent English; Tamil is an added advantage
