Learning & Development Specialist

What the job involves:
- Lead LMS implementation and enhancement activities by coordinating with stakeholders, gathering
- requirements, and ensuring successful testing, deployment, and user adoption
- Create, upload, organize, and maintain learning content within the LMS and other approved learning
- platforms
- Develop and maintain course structures, learning paths, and certification programs
- Support the development of learning roadmaps for departments and job roles

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a
- related field
- Professional qualification in HR or Learning & Development (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added

- 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, LMS Administration, or HR Technology
- Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning content
- Experience in training coordination, training needs analysis, and e-learning initiatives
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
