What the job involves

• Collaborate with team members on assigned projects, supporting effective implementation and timely completion of tasks
• Support project planning and processes by identifying trends, analyzing information, monitoring compliance, and contributing to recommendations
• Coordinate the development and delivery of internal and external project communications and collateral throughout the project lifecycl
• Communicate project updates and contribute ideas and recommendations for program improvement
• Create and distribute ongoing communications capturing performance and progress related to member engagement initiatives
• Provide accurate and timely project information for committees, project teams, and related initiatives
• Provide peak-load support and backup as needed; complete special projects and other duties as assigned

Working remotely from Sri Lanka

• You need a laptop, a stable internet connection and good written English.

• Bachelor’s degree or three (3) years of relevant business experience
• Two (2) years of experience supporting projects, programs, or business initiatives
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the health care industry
• Knowledge of the health care industry and factors influencing health care organizations and consumers
• Two (2) years of member engagement, member experience, customer engagement, or related experience
