• Deep expertise in project-based learning, with several years of experience designing and delivering it successfully
• Deep expertise in curriculum development, including the successful implementation of new curricula
• Experience driving continuous improvement in teaching and learning at scale, across multiple sites or locations
• Strong experience selecting online education providers and rolling out educational technology across multiple classrooms or sites
• Strong understanding of Middle Years learners, both academically and developmentally
• Experience designing and implementing High School programs is a significant advantage, as we look to expand into these age groups in the future
