What the job involves:
- Responsible for all administrative functions of the supermarket
- Implementing all company procedures and maintaining standards in the supermarket
- ‘Achieving the company goals in terms of Sales, Gross Profit and Net Profit
- Responsible and accountable for the movable and immovable assets of the supermarket
- Conducting daily briefing and communicating to staff the management decisions, policies
- Tracking out of stock situations of top selling products, both CPU and direct suppliers
