Procurement Executive

Alugreat has an opening for a Procurement Executive. The job is based in Siyambalape. The post is offered on a full-time basis.

What the job involves:
- Source and procure high-quality aluminum and related materials for fabrication processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and
- high-quality standards
- ‘Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed,
- Collaborate with project managers and production teams to meet material demands and deadlines

- Diploma in procurement or supply chain management
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in import/ local purchasing
- Hands on Experience in any kind of ERP system (Ex: Busy -Business Accounting Software)
- Good Analytical Skills
- Fluent in English
- Material Purchase & Stock handling experiences
- Proficiency in MS Office package
- Similar procurement experience in Aluminum Fabrication/ Construction or Interior Designing
