Production Management Trainee

A vacancy for the post of Production Management Trainee is open at Asian Group of Companies (Pvt) Ltd (Colombo 13). This is a full-time position.

What the job involves:
- > Train across all production departments including Cutting, CNC, Edge Banding, Boring, Assembly, Packing,
- and Quality Control. Learn production planning, workflow coordination, and daily target management
- Monitor quality standards and ensure SOP compliance
- > Assist Production Supervisors with manpower allocation, reporting, and factory operations
- > Support continuous improvement and Lean/5S initiatives
