Property & Maintenance Manager - Papua New Guinea

- Ensure all company properties and rental units are maintained to a consistently high
- standard through regular inspections and proactive maintenance planning
- Lead and manage the maintenance team — currently an Electrician and a Handyman —
- assigning work, monitoring quality, and supporting their performance
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for repairs, renovations, and specialized
