Quantity Surveyor

What the job involves:
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates and project quotations
- Carry out quantity take-offs from architectural and shop drawings
- Prepare material requirements for aluminium, glass, cladding
- and related works
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare variations, interim valuations and final bills

- ora related field
- Experience in Aluminium & Glass Fabrication / Curtain Wall /
- Structural Glazing / Cladding works (preferred)
- Good knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass specifications and accessories
- Ability to read architectural and technical drawings
