JMC Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented and motivated Quantity Surveyor. Work location: Galle.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates and tender documents
- Assist in contract administration and variation management
- Monitor project costs, payments and cost control
- Prepare interim and final valuations
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers
- Support procurement and material cost analysis

අවශ්යතා
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying / HNQ in QS / Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Good knowledge of measurement, BOQ preparation and construction costing
- Proficiency in MS Excel and software such as AutoCAD or PlanSwift
- Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills
