Quantity Surveyor – MEP (Maldives Project Site)

SLP Group is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to work at a project site in the Maldives.

Key responsibilities:
- Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
- Preparing and reviewing tender documents, budgets, BoQ and certificates
- Liaising with clients and other construction professionals
- Handling monthly progress bills and payment receipts
- Advising on legal, contractual and sensitive issues
- Controlling costs, maximising value and minimising liabilities
- Providing detailed cost reports and variance analysis
- Forecasting, estimating and budgetary controls

- B.Sc in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the relevant field
- Experience in MEP construction is mandatory
- Excellent cost control knowledge
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Required to work at the project site in the Maldives
