Requirements
- © Previous experience in hotel reservations, Front Office, customer service or a similar hospitality role will be an
- advantage
- 0 Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS), channel managers, or online travel agency
- platforms will be an added advantage
- © Excellent attention to detail, organizational skill and the ability to multitask
- © Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
- 0 Aprofessional attitude, positive mindset and passion for hospitality
