Rekawa Wellness Resort is looking for a Resident Manager to join its team in Tangalle. This is a full-time position.

What the job involves:
- Oversee day-to-day resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and
- Weliness/Ayurveda services
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Manage staff performance, schedules, and operational efficiency
- Implement cost control, budgeting, and operational reporting
