Kiri Kopi is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join its team in Ella. The post is offered on a full-time basis.

Requirements
- End-to-end understanding of restaurant + bar operations
- Ability to run SOPs consistently (opening/closing, service flow, hygiene)
- Strong inventory control (food, bar, perishables, wastage control)
- Experience with POS systems, daily reports, and stock variance tracking
- Scheduling & roster management to optimize labor cost
- PEOPLE LEADERSHIP & CULTURE
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain staff
- Coaching mindset: training juniors, developing supervisors
