Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery or fashion
- Strong customer service and sales skills with a polished, professional approach
- Good understanding of billing and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil is an added advantage
- Computer literacy and basic math skills
- Friendly, confident, and team-oriented
