What the job involves:
- « Design and customize unique travel itineraries/packages for international guest
- Maintain strong relationships with Clients, Hotels, Suppliers & Internal teams
- Bringing in new business opportunities and driving sales growth of the company
- Provide personalized support & assistance to clients throughout their tour
- Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies with professionalism
- Create costing for each travel request & Daily result reported to management

- ¢ Minimum two (2) years experience in inbound tour operations
- Educational qualification in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literacy
- Experience with MS Office and other relevant Booking Software
