Key responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities
- Coordinate workers, contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and site schedules
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards

Requirements
- HND / Diploma / NVQ in Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction and land development site supervision
- Good knowledge of construction site activities and procedures
- Must have a personal motorcycle
