What the job involves

• Manage a portfolio of strategic fleet payment, transportation, technology, and channel partner relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, developing trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive decisionmakers
• Develop and execute account plans that support fuel volume growth, network utilization, partner engagement, and program expansion
• Conduct recurring business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, review key metrics, identify opportunities, and align on future growth initiatives
• Analyze partner performance data, fuel volume trends, program utilization, and customer activity to provide actionable recommendations
• Act as the voice of assigned partners by communicating market feedback, competitive insights, customer needs, and growth opportunities to internal stakeholders
• Support the development, implementation, and execution of strategic programs that enhance the value proposition of the fleet portfolio
• Identify opportunities to increase network participation, fuel gallons, share of wallet, and overall partner performance

Working remotely from Sri Lanka
