You should have:
✅ Credit passes in Mathematics and English at G.C.E. O/L
✅ Simple passes in 3 main subjects at G.C.E. A/L
✅ Age 23 or below
✅ Good command of English and your local language
✅ Great interpersonal skills
✅ A drive to achieve targets in a competitive environment
✅ A proactive and creative approach to your work
