- $ Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with UPS brands such as APC, Eaton, CyberPower, and
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of single-phase and three-phase UPS operation, installation, commissioning, and
- maintenance
- Experience with UPS systems, battery banks and critical power equipment is preferred
- Ability to identify faults, replace components, and restore UPS systems to normal operation
- Good communication, reporting, and customer support skills
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, single-line diagrams and safe testing practices
