What the job involves

• Enterprise Strategy & Portfolio Management
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to shape organizational strategy, establish priorities, and inform resource allocation
• Evaluate MFA's global portfolio of initiatives against expected animal impact, strategic alignment, feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and comparative advantage
• Strategic Intelligence & Research
• Translate research, data, and external developments into actionable insights that inform MFA's interventions and strategic direction
• Identify opportunities for greater leverage, collaboration, and systemic change
• Impact Measurement & Organizational Learning
• Establish a consistent and coherent organization-wide framework for measuring and assessing MFA's global impact across interventions and geographies

Working remotely from Sri Lanka

• You need a laptop, a stable internet connection and good written English.
