What the job involves

• Key Account Coverage (Client Services)
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of existing VIP clients in SEA
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client queries, issue resolution, and product support
• Analyse user behaviour and trading patterns to identify upsell opportunities and hidden client needs
• Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Product, Security) to ensure smooth client servicing
• Prepare client analysis reports and track the status of key accounts
• Sales & Business Development
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new VIP clients from the SEA market with clear KPIs on new business acquisition

Working remotely from Sri Lanka

• You need a laptop, a stable internet connection and good written English.
• Check the working hours (time zone) and how you will be paid (for example bank transfer, Payoneer or Wise) before you accept an offer.

• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, macroeconomics, and financial trading concepts
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
