What the job involves

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for projects spanning Salesforce, AI agent solutions, integrations, and enterprise workflows
• Design scalable technical solutions across Salesforce and related platforms that align with business requirements and long-term architecture goals
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for AI agent initiatives using Claude, Agentforce, or comparable platforms
• Guide the development of AI-enabled workflows, automation patterns, and user-facing agent experiences
• Manage technical dependencies, risks, delivery milestones, and cross-functional coordination
• Review technical designs, code, configurations, and implementation approaches for quality, maintainability, and architectural alignment
• Mentor engineers and developers and support technical decision-making and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with data, product, engineering, and business teams to prioritize high-value use cases and operationalize solutions
