Accountant

Sarita Holding Pvt Ltd has an opening for an Accountant. The job is based in Colombo 11. This is a full-time position.

What the job involves:
- Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare financial statements
- Handle daily accounting operations, bank reconciliations and ledger management
- ‘© Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash flow
- Ensure compliance with taxation and statutory requirements
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist management with financial planning
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure proper financial documentation

- + Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a reputed audit firm
- AAT qualified or partially qualified in CA Sri Lanka or CMA
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- + Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in the laboratory, chemical or scientific equipment industry will be an added
