Accounts Assistant (Male)

A vacancy for the post of Accounts Assistant (Male) is open at Avenierr Pharma (Pvt) Ltd (Kalubowila). The post is offered on a full-time basis.

What the job involves:
- © Verify surgical payments against delivery notes and supporting documents
- © Conduct periodic stock checks and prepare month end stock reports
- © Monitor surgical payment and follow up on outstanding payments
- Handle petty cash and transportation expenses
- © Maintain accurate accounting records, system entries, Excel reports and filing systems
- © Prepare financial and operational reports as requested by management

- Minimum 02 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a relevant organization
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
- Experience with accounting systems will be an added advantage
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance OR partly qualified in CA /
- CIMA / CMA / AAT / ACCA will be an added advantage
