Job description
A vacancy for the post of Application Support Engineer (Intern) is open at Facetone (Colombo 3). This is a internship position.

Requirements
- Provide level 1 support to resolve system issues through a ticketed support system
- within the agreed SLA’s
- Able to work according to a roster (24*7) and is a great team player
- Excellent communication skills in English and problem-solving skills
- Selected candidates will have practical sessions & hands-on experience during the
- internship on cutting-edge technologies, Documentation, Client handling and
- communication, and many more
