Requirements
- Out-Grower Cultivation
- Prepare and coordinate cultivation plans with out-growers
- Monitor cultivation progress and provide regular updates and reports
- Coordinate with farmers and relevant teams to support productivity and raw material quality
- Raw Material Processing
- Prepare monthly raw material drying plans according to production requirements
- Monitor processing activities and report on progress
- Ensure processing activities meet the required quality standards and timelines
