What the job involves:
- ඒ Prepare and submit interim payment applications and follow up on payments
- 7 Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams on
- commercial and quantity-related matters
- ඒ Tracking project costs and ensuring that all MEP works are within the approved budget
- 7 Prepare and verify quantity take-offs, measurements and BOQs using AutoCAD and quantity
- takeofifestimating software

- v Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in Electrical and

- v Experience in tendering, procurement and commercial negotiations
- ¥ Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills
