What the job involves

• Regional People Operations Leadership
• Lead the regional People Operations team and establish clear priorities, objectives and accountabilities
• Ensure consistent execution of People Operations services across countries within the region
• Build capability, engagement and succession strength within the regional team
• Drive a culture of customer service, continuous improvement and accountability
• Employee Relations
• Oversee delivery of employee relations matters across the region
• Provide guidance and support on investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances, performance issues and workplace concerns

Working remotely from Sri Lanka

• You need a laptop, a stable internet connection and good written English.

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Professional HR qualification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent) desirable
• Advanced multi-country or regional People Operations leadership experience required
• Significant HR Operations, HR Generalist or Employee Relations experience across multiple countries
• Experience leading HR or People Operations teams
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
• Experience supporting organisational change and operational transformation
• Experience working within complex, matrixed and global organisations
